Western Nevada College is asking Lake Tahoe community members to complete a short survey by March 15 to share the types of training and education programs that would be most meaningful to them. Results will help WNC understand how to provide better, broader and more easily accessed opportunities to the community, including high school students.

Do you want to learn a new skill for a career change or earn a certification for career advancement? Would you like your high school student to be able to take college classes that count toward graduation? Are you interested in personal enrichment classes, earning a degree, or attending a seminar offered at George Whittell High School? We want to know!

The Lake Tahoe community is an important part of WNC’s service area and, in collaboration with Douglas County School District, the college is seeking to expand services locally. Survey results will tell WNC where, when and how to best serve individuals, families and the community.

To complete the brief survey, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3G9VHBS. Responses are anonymous with an option to share contact information, if desired.

For more information about the survey, please contact WNC Institutional Research and Effectiveness at ire@wnc.edu.
